Boca temp is in the 30/40 range again today and will be for at least a week.

It is torrid here compared to many places where millions are suffering.

 

I turned on the heat this morning and TEMP WAS 70. The drafts come in every wall and window. In the 30 years I've been here, I have never worn heavy cotton pants, cotton shirt, sweater, another sweater that must weigh 5 pounds, high socks. My ankles are like icicles but that is part internal. If I could type with gloves, I would.

 

The afternoons have been much better, except the strong winds take away a little of the sunny relief.

 

Nobody is happy anywhere and it's all Mr. Gore's fault. We are only trying to show him up as a fool, who it seems is now in hiding.

 

If you don't hear from me shortly, have someone look in my refrigerator where I may be staying--trying to keep warm.
